Our Philosophy
Built on Open Source. Built for You.
We build every site on WordPress, an open source platform that powers over 40% of the web. We choose open source tools, products with strong free tiers, or build our own solutions so you are never locked into expensive software you do not control.
If you ever decide to move on, we will help you get every bit of data you need to take your site wherever you want. No holdbacks, no export fees, no fine print.
Your site, your data, your choice. That is not a tagline. It is how we make every decision.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I own my website?
Yes, 100%. No vendor lock-in.
What if I need help after launch?
Your subscription can include ongoing support, so you can use your service credits for updates, changes, or anything else your site needs. If you choose a plan without monthly credits, you can purchase them separately for specific changes.
How long does it take to build?
It depends on the size of the project, but we are currently averaging about 1 week per page.
What if I don't know what I need?
No worries at all. Start with the pricing calculator to get a feel for what fits your budget, and when you are ready, our onboarding form walks you through everything we need to get started. We will guide you from there. If you have other questions, feel free to use our Contact Form for additional questions!
Can I add pages or features later?
Absolutely. Whether you need new pages, section updates, or layout changes, we can handle it at any time. Just use your service credits or purchase additional ones for larger requests. Your site grows with your business.
What if I want something more custom?
We can absolutely accommodate custom requests. Our standard builds start from proven templates to keep costs low and timelines short. If your project needs something beyond that, we will scope it out and provide a clear quote for the additional work.
What is the difference between hosting and service credits?
Your hosting subscription covers everything your site needs to stay online: server uptime, backups, security updates, and SSL. Service credits are a separate balance used for design changes, new content, and site updates. You can choose a plan that includes monthly credits or purchase them as needed.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes, you get full access to make any changes to your site.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Your subscription has two parts: hosting, which keeps your site live and secure, and service credits, which cover updates and changes. If you cancel, your site stays up through any remaining paid time and will not renew. The site itself is always yours — we will provide a full export on request so you can take it to any other WordPress host.
Do I need to buy a domain?
Yes, if you do not already own one. Domain registration is not included in the build or subscription price, but we can find and purchase one for you for an additional fee. We will help you choose a domain that fits your needs at a price that makes sense. You always own your domain and can take full control of it at any time.
Can you transfer my existing domain?
Yes, we can handle that for you. Domain transfers are available for an additional fee, and you keep full ownership throughout the process.
Why do service credits have a rollover cap?
The cap helps us plan our workload so every client gets timely, quality service. Without it, a large number of saved-up credits could stretch our schedule and delay your work. It also keeps things fair so no one client’s backlog holds up another’s request. We encourage you to pick a plan that best suites your needs to avoid credit loss.
How does payment work?
Your website build is split into two payments: 50% before we start building, and 50% when we deliver the finished site. Your hosting subscription is billed separately and starts when your site goes live.
Can I see my site before it goes live?
Absolutely. You get access to a staging version of your site throughout the build process. You can review progress, leave feedback, and request changes before anything goes live.
